Why is running technique so important?

A recent study showed that the majority of running injuries could well be associated with a poor, unnatural running technique.

This session is perfect for runners new and old that have re-occurring or persistent injuries. We will film you, assess your technique and if necessary coach you to run naturally and efficiently. Drills are given to be done at home to reinforce your new efficient running style.

This unique session is carried out either on a one-to-one basis or as a group workshop.

Session time: individual 1 hour (£45) or 2 hours as a group session (£30)
